You know those Oklahoma mornings that I wrote about last week, being crisp and cool for several days? Well, it was a false fall for sure. It’s back up in the 90s for the next week or two, the a/c is back on basically to handle the humidity in the house, and more rain in the forecast. Good news is no 100s until next year!
I worked all week on my new book. As of this past weekend, I have finally completed all my characters' pictures and their backstories. Of course, nothing is really written in stone when it comes to writing fiction simply because stories can take unexpected turns.
Went to a country music album release party on Friday night! Local artist, TJ Wicks, has an album coming out today on Spotify so check it out. Shared a bucket of wings and a sheet of fries with Carlotta and Jeff, Jacob, and David at Legends Pubhouse and Venue. TJ and his parents are former members of my church, and we all got to meet TJ’s little boy and his wife. It was great fun and even greater music.
